Orders placed after December 16th, 2022 are not guaranteed for delivery before December 25th. Orders placed on December 24th, 25th or 31st will begin processing on the following business day.

What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@burnetart.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When will my order ship?
All orders are packed and shipped within 3-5 days after being ordered online. Orders are processed during our business hours of 11am-5pm CST Tuesday- Saturday.

All orders are shipped via UPS and tracking will be sent via email once the order is shipped.

Pick-up can also be selected for orders. When selected, these orders will be available for pickup within 24 hours and can be picked up during our normal business hours of 11am-5pm CST Tuesday-Saturday at Burnet Fine Art, 775 Lake St E, Wayzata, MN. 

What do I do if I never received my order?
If you haven't received your order and tracking is no longer available please contact us at info@burnetart.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

What do I do if I received a defective order?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at info@burnetart.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
If the order has not yet shipped, please contact us at info@burnetart.com with your order number and any changes that need to be made to your order and do our best to correct any issues. If your order has already shipped please contact us as well and we'll evaluate the issue.
